courtneylynn87 Nicole Kidman just showed up at story time with Sunday. about 11 hours ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®
Tweets showed up with sightings of the Urban family at church last Sunday. Looks like they were authentic!
From Brad Schmidt
Ever pray you'd meet a star?
You really can see stars almost anywhere here in Music City, and that includes church on Sunday.
Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman brought two-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose, to one of Nashville's largest Catholic churches, the Cathedral of the Incarnation, for 11 a.m. mass.
Sunday Rose wore her Sunday best, a white dress, while her movie star mom, hair up, wore a butter-colored dress, slit to the knee, with strappy flats. (Believe it or not, I got that description from a large dude parishioner, not a woman. But I didn’t make fun of him. Did I mention he was large?)
Keith had on jeans and a button-down shirt.
Later, the merry trio was spotted having lunch at upscale meat-and-three The Copper Kettle, in the trendy Green Hills area of Nashville.

The interview with Seattle's The Wolf did not happen. Possibly a miscommunicaiton or scheduling issue. However, Keith did talk to Mark and Brian at Los Angeles' KLOS

Kris Allen was interviewed by MTV. At the 7 minute mark see him talk about Keith and Nicole, and a band member asks if Nicole is as cute in person as she is in the movies.

'American Idol' Kris Allen still has a big fan in Keith Urban
Kris Allen can count on at least one music superstar -- Keith Urban -- if he needs anything for his resume.
The eighth-season winner of FOX's "American Idol" has performed (including on the Season 8 finale) with the country staple, who has only good words for the relative newcomer.
"We've done a few shows, and we have a couple more coming up," Urban tells Zap2it. "He's great! I love him. He's just got a good, real singer-songwriter vibe about him, and he's really finding his own way. He has a great voice and a good heart, and I like him immensely."
Three-time Grammy winner Urban considers the "American Idol" approach valid.
"Every artist is going to find his way, and you never know how it's going to come. I was just reading about Christina Perri, this girl who recorded one song, and somebody slipped her demo to the producers of 'So You Think You Can Dance.' They used it for one of the dance sequences, and the next day, it sold 100,000 copies. She's off and running now.
"It's amazing how it happens, but ultimately, I think there's no quick road to learning your craft. If you can get on something like 'American Idol' and launch your career, though, have at it. It's a different world these days, and I think you have to take any opportunity that comes."
As he and actress wife Nicole Kidman continue to celebrate having their year-old daughter Sunday, Urban is starting work on his follow-up album to 2009's "Defying Gravity," in and around summer touring that has involved concerts with the Eagles and will reteam Urban with John Mayer (his partner on a recent CMT "Crossroads" special) before it's over.
"I can already see it's going to be a great bunch of songs," the New Zealand-born, Australia-raised talent says. "We do a little Backstage Experience at our shows, and someone said the other night, 'Can you play us something you're working on?' I played them an acoustic bit of something, but we only have a limited time to play [on stage], and I want to make sure we cover all the songs people really want to hear."

Keith and Nicole have been chosen as a part of The Boot's Greatest Country Love Stories
To read theirs and others click HERE
It was their roots that first brought the country star and the Oscar-winning actress together. The couple met in January 2005 at G'Day L.A., a Hollywood event honoring Australians. Keith and Nicole began dating a few months later and were married June 25, 2006, in Sydney.
"I don't even know if she's changed my life; she's given me a life," Keith tells The Boot of his beautiful bride. "There's seemingly no relevance to my previous life, before meeting her. I have such deep love and gratitude for everything she's done for me."
The couple's daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, celebrates her second birthday this summer. The Urbans live in Nashville, where Keith jokes that Sunday's upbringing may result in a bit of a mixed accent. "When she starts talking, she's going to say, "G'day, y'all!"

And finally, in anticipation of Father's Day this weekend we'll close with this tribute piece from The Boot.com
Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw + More Talk Dad's Day
Keith Urban cites his father as the reason he made it to Nashville and is doing what he loves to do. "His record collection was what got me pointed towards Nashville," says the multi-talented musician. "He drove me to the music store to buy my first guitar. He was always extremely supportive of my music, and I have a lot to to be grateful to him for. Years later, he's still married to my mum, and he's got two sons that love him. So, I think that counts for a good job." Keith actually wrote a tribute to his father, aptly titled 'Song for Dad,' which appears on his 'Golden Road' album.
Being a father himself now, Keith says he loves everything about being a dad to Sunday Rose, who will turn two in a couple of weeks. But he and wife Nicole Kidman do want to instill some core values into their daughter as she grows up. "The biggest thing for us to instill a work ethic, that's the thing that's most problematic for me -- this unwillingness to have a work ethic. The ability to access information so quickly makes people think that their ability to achieve something is also meant to be expedited, but it doesn't work that way. It's never going to work that way, and if we're going to build something solid, it's going to be built slowly, step-by-step-by-step ... and there's nothing sweeter than having to work for something. It's a tremendous feeling."

Keith Urban: CMA Fest Cheerleader
By Tom Roland
When fans look back on the 2010 CMA Music Festival, one of the sonic moments they’re likely to remember collectively will be the close of Keith Urban's Friday-night set at Nashville’s LP Field, where he put together an all-star ensemble for a Beatles cover.
Keith brought out a horn section led byKenny Chesney sideman Jim Horn, keyboard players Tony Brown and Tim Akers and a group of background vocalists that included Sarah Buxton and Little Big Town members Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman for a version of “With A Little Help From My Friends.” Footage of last month’s Tennessee flood — and of neighbors helping each other through it — ran across the video screen in the back, underscoring the song’s communal theme.
Keith did the song twice for a film crew that was taping the stadium shows for the Sept. 1 ABC special “CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock.” Nashville’s recovery from the disaster is likely to be an undercurrent in the special, in part because it’s an example of a city that pulled together to help itself.
“It feels a little bit like the jazz festival did when we played down in New Orleans after Katrina,” Keith observed backstage. “It gives a different celebratory essence to the festival this year. For me, it’s all about community. Country music is hard to define musically because it ebbs and it flows in and around, just like it always has done, but I think the one constant is the communal feeling in country music and it’s never been more apparent than recently.”
In addition to “With A Little Help From My Friends,” Keith played five more songs for the throng of 40,000, sticking to good-time material. He essentially took the role of Dr. Feelgood as he unleashed “Kiss A Girl,” “Days Go By,” “Sweet Thing,” “I’m In” and “Somebody Like You.” That upbeat set list reflected his feelings about the festival, which brings fans from around the world to hear a stunning volume of music and get a chance to meet some of their favorite stars.
The ticket buyers love it, but so does Keith, who was buoyed by “the random sort of happenings of fans being able to run up to your car at traffic lights and throw CDs in the window, things like that. I just like the energy that happens in town during this week. There’s a place in Australia called Tamworth, which is like a small version of this, but it’s the country music center of Australia, and they have a festival every year in January and it’s that same feeling. [CMA Fest is] much, much bigger, but it’s the same feeling, sort of like a huge family gathering. So I love it.”
The weekend worked out incredibly for Keith, who played three NFL stadiums in three days. In addition to Friday’s gig at LP Field, the home of the Tennessee Titans, he appeared with the Eagles and the Dixie Chicks Thursday at the New Meadowlands Stadium, which hosts the New York Jets and New York Giants. Saturday, he rejoined the Eagles and the Chicks at Gillette Stadium, the home turf for the New England Patriots.

It's Time To Debunk The Rumors And The E! Online Skeptics

As it turns out, the Nicole Kidman / Tom Cruise rumor we recently confirmed as false isn't the only silly story making its way around the net. A few of them are trying to be spread by the E! Online Skeptics. Let's take a look and debunk them all.
Keith and Nicole are trying to get John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston back together - Clearly this is a case of Nicole worked with Jen, Keith's working with John, let's make a story. What happened to the rumor that Nicole hit it off with Jen in Hawaii? Well that's false because they already were friends. We've seen the backstage Oscar photos of them chatting in the wings. There were also rumors Aniston was having heart to hearts with Nicole about splitting with Brad Pitt, because Nicole knows what a high-profile breakup is like. Now it's not that that but heart to hearts about John. Oh gossip people get your story straight. Keith and Nicole's plan for John and Jen? It's "top secret" of course! LOL
Nicole and Russell Crowe want to remake Bonnie and Clyde - This came out of nowhere, but more than likely cooked up because the two have still never worked together. Highly improbable considering the magnitude of respectfully remaking a classic that changed cinema and the American ratings system. Also very unlikely because a remake already in the works starring Hilary Duff, has apparently stalled. Although Nicole would probably be more to Faye Dunaway's liking (she expressed dismay at Duff's casting), we still don't see this happening.
Lainey's rewriting of history - Self-explanatory really. If she only would admit to herself the truth.
Keith and Nicole are recording an album together - Allegedly Nicole will record the country songs Keith loves and Keith will record standards Nicole loves. Why "standards" for Nicole? We say no way to this, it's just too ridiculous.
Nicole and sister Antonia Kidman are pregnant at the same time - They just haven't announced it yet. Whatever.
Keith is gay; Keith is bisexual - Sure. After years of the skeptics saying what a horrible guy he is towards women now he's not a straight player. Whatever gets you though the night skeptics, and Ted!
And finally we have the latest rumor the skeptics are trying to sell us...
Keith Urban didn't show up at the Meadowlands in NJ for the Eagles show.
FALSE!
It's clear nomorefan and erniesmom are really trying to pull a fast one. A stadium show with 3 acts, which also means 3 stage setups, isn't like your normal show. Your first act is going to be on much earlier than normal. And we hear that some if not all the Eagles shows have an act on BEFORE Keith. Keith probably hit the stage around 5:30, 6, 6:30. That means the Eagles wouldn't perform until 9, 9:30. The reviewer, Tris McCall, didn't bother to find out the key information either
"Didn't arrive early enough to see Keith Urban…there wasn't any way to know what time the show started. We arrived around 7:20, thinking it was a 7pm showtime. Again, the stadium lets us down by not announcing the show time. All anyone would tell us, was that the doors opened at 4:30. I heard after we arrived that Keith Urban went on at 6. I would have liked to have seen him, but I didn't want to sit around before the show waiting 2 and a half, or even one and a half hours; but may 15-20 minutes, like when you go to a Broadway show."
NJ.com
Poor planning and a poor excuse from McCall. Even poorer are the skeptics....
nomorefan: A review from Mr. Nicole Kidman's first show with The Eagles. Was he even there? I guess he is an unknown. Count how many times you read his name.
erniesmom: What happened to that tour......3 cities cancelled and No Show Urban.
What stupidity for the No Brain skeptics. But you know they would have loved to have followed No Show around town if they could find the vehicle.
One more before we go....here's something that's not a rumor that we predicted months ago...the promotion by skeptics of Dierks Bentley's new album!
nomorefan: Oh Dierks is at my radio station promoting his new album this afternoon. Playing one of the new songs with Miranda and Jamey Johnson. I like what I hear!
BAHAHAHAHA! It's. Just. Too. Easy.

Nicole Kidman: Double Winner, Australian InStyle Women Of Style Awards

Kidman triumphed over Claudia Karvan and Jessica Rowe to be voted winner of the news or entertainment category and was also selected for the reader's choice gong at the ceremony in Sydney on Tuesday night.
The 42-year-old actress was unable to attend the event because she is filming Just Go With It with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in Hawaii.
But she did record a special video message that was played to guests, including her sister Antonia and mother Janelle.
"I grew up in a family of women who are very strong and wonderfully opinionated," Kidman said, blowing kisses to her sister who had not been aware of her win before the event.
"My mother was such a huge influence on me, and my education.
"She encouraged me to have a voice and ultimately to give back, so to then be recognised for that makes me very, very proud. It's something I want to continue doing."
Kidman said she believed it was important that women collaborate and honour each other, working together as a collective to achieve change, as she is with her work at the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM).
And to be stylish, she said, was not to compromise.
"Style means having a voice, it means not compromising who you are because of what people say; it means standing proud, and knowing that that sometimes you are going to go in and out of fashion, but still, staying true to yourself," Kidman said, adding she was enjoying her role as a mother.
"Right now I'm very much in a place of nurturing: I love my family, I love being able to take care of my family and I've worked hard so that I can do that."
InStyle editor Kerrie McCallum said Kidman represented what it meant to be at the forefront of Australian style.
"With a career spanning over 25 years, and featuring in more than 30 films, Nicole Kidman is simply an iconic Australian female," McCallum said in a statement.
"An international star, Australia's only winner of a Best Actress Oscar, a passionate charity campaigner, a proud wife and a working mother of three - Nicole Kidman juggles all roles with charm, timeless style and a unique sense of intrigue."
Other winners included designer Kirrily Johnston in the fashion category and Deborra-Lee Furness in the charity and community category.
More than 270 guests attended the red carpet event, including Jodhi Meares, Collette Dinnigan, Kylie Gillies, Claudia Karvan and Leona Edmiston.
