Well should we get the biggest story out of the way?

No, American Idol has not signed Keith Urban yet as a judge. As much as the skeptics are floundering and falling on their faces most of the media has gone overboard reporting the story with no real source, no "horse's mouth" so to speak.

Fortunately for this blog and the real fans we can tell you definitively that there is NO CONFIRMATION of anything and that comes stright from Nashville and Keith's team. WSIX reported it and no other media outlet seems to be spreading the word because the truth is not a flashy enough story. Where were your "sources" OldHickory?

But we would like to commend inept skeptic maclen. She said she found her internet doppleganger and she couldn't be more right! The author of a peice concerning the Idol judge search got way more flak than they bargained for. A peice that's full of misinformation and total disregard for the truth. It's maclen in a nutshell and exactly why the skeptics are trying to sell it as the final word of public opinion. Words to describe the author/article from the comments include "clown", "insulting", "disgusting", "American Idiot", "know nothing", "misinformed", "inexperienced", "has no clue", and on and on. Way to go maclen!

At least the skeptics are consistent with that falling on their face thing. The backtracking and lying over the past week concerning Keith and his diabolical plans (or should we say Nicole's diabolical plans) give us nothing but more of the same from our favorite "fans". What started out as a coup for Brad Paisley has turned into a bottom of the barrel desperation move by someone who can barely get a gig in Reno. Thanks skeptics for the laugh!




We'd also like to let everyone know that Keith is going to be part of a fantastic educational program for children in the Nashville Public School System on September 6
at 10 am. The event will be streamed live at the Country Music Hall of Fame website as well as Keith's fansite.

“We’re thrilled to offer music and arts students from several Metro Nashville Public Schools the chance to get ‘up close and personal’ with one of country music’s great talents, Keith Urban,” said Ali Tonn, the museum’s director of education and public programs. “In this special program, students will hear Keith talk about the craft of songwriting, his influences and creative inspirations, seminal moments in his career and more. They will also have the opportunity to ask him questions. This program is the first of its kind for the museum and will serve as a ‘pilot’ of sorts; we hope to be able to offer more All Access educational programs when our museum expansion is completed in 2014.”

To close, Nicole's The Paperboy will be screening at TIFF (Toronto). The schedule of films has been released and Paperboy will be shown September 14. As long as Nicole does not have conflicts with any of her other projects we should expect her to be there.

On the heels of an Urban Myths mythmaker hanging up her pen, an opportunity presented itself that this blog couldn't pass up. The E! Online Negative thread can thank many folks who don't believe a word of what's posted there for their view count. They can also thank someone who sent me a message asking me to update the blog, given the gem she found a few hours ago. Most of the time I decline because it's the usual antics....Mimosa lies that she's been a Keith fan for 15 years, hit n run lies that Nicole Kidman has no career prospects or that she as Tara is not an integral part of Urban Myths, maclen lies that she's not a skeptic, nomorefan pretends certain photos don't exist and makes up scenarios for ones she deems acceptable to the neg thread. Let it be known that with the skeptics insatiable need for lies and manipulation I cannot leave the blog unmonitored if it is to stay online so I do stay up to date with what is sent here. We've had more abusive messages come in and even an attempt to hack the blog and reset the password, which may or may not have been courtesy of the usual suspects. Note to the nut or nuts: Google alerted me when there were multiple attempts to log into the Blogger account from somewhere other than my usual location. Don't try it again. Because the skeptics can't leave STS alone, I check the inbox and email every week. Tonight wasn't their lucky night. If anyone had any doubts about what Skewering The Skeptics and other sane posters online have said here's something to shake them. A neon sign blasting in your face to make you see what a pathological group of liars "The Skeptics" are and how accepting they are of others to lie. All in the name of "paving the way".

One story was they were in the hospital. The other was they were just too busy working! Will maclen be worrying about Jake and Hatti anymore or responding to them as if they are two separate people? We can't stop laughing but we have to to get to....


Mimosa! An argument between two skeptics is always like an argument between Dumb and Dumber. First she never believed the brunette story. Now she knows exactly who made it up and why and the whole history behind it. So she only debunks the mystery brunette when it serves her purposes. She wants to make her lies more believable so she argues with other liars who are more outrageous than her! She also won't admit to hanging out online with "the brunette" inventors or being just as obsessed with lying as the women who make up personal relationship stories. As we know the brunette tale isn't the only one!

A common thread here? Lies, lies, and lies. That's the real reason another skeptic bit the dust. They can't keep up the public charade no matter how many times they type LIAR in all caps or post a boring and repetitive laundry list of their own fantasies.

Things like this should always be taken with a grain of salt, the "insider" report. But one thing the fans know, and so does maclen, that Capitol doesn't hear the record until its finished. Why? Well that's the way it's been. When Keith Urban joined Capitol the label was in a state of transition. During that time they left Keith to get the job done and for the company to sort out their own issues. After the success of the first album they let things stand that Keith was an artist that didn't need to be micro-managed when it came to making his music.

As for the "failed" album maclen keeps touting, Defying Gravity, no one who is sane would call a #1 Billboard charted album with 5 hit singles in the American and Canadian country markets, the biggest markets in the world, as a failure. Every single #1 in Canada, every single in the USA at least Top 3, a top seller in Australia without breaking the country market, a collection by one of Capitol Nashville's most valued artists. Such a loser, that DG album!


We know the only reason inept skeptic maclen is praying that Keith Urban does come out with a cd this year, as we reported weeks before maclen pretended to discover this news, is so that she has something new to lie about because her current material is OLD.

In fact, if you watch the video in its entirety you'll see that the event was fully endorsed by UNIFEM and in attendance was Joan Libby-Hawk, UNIFEM's public affairs chief. You'll also see the signed box of the watch Nicole was given by Omega, which she auctioned off for UNIFEM.


The skeptics continue to lie. They won't tell you Nicole has been involved with the UN, specifically UNICEF and UNICEF Australia since 1994.

The skeptics have decided that everything Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban say about their personal life is a lie. Even if there's photographs, like the Urban and Kidman clans at an alpaca farm, it's all staged for publicity. They especially like to say Nicole is lying about the garden they have on their property in Tennessee.

Any of these old quotes look familiar?


nomorefan: Her fables of gardening in Nashville, the alpacas she purchased for someone else to take care of at the ranch she has been to once, and yearning to milk a goat.

Mimosa: Yeah...can't you just see Granny Baby BBQ Girl cultivating a roof top garden in her overalls and straw hat..and her scarves.....being all organic and everything.
She might even put a few goats on the elevator so she can make that cheese.

Mimosa: The idea of HagMaw having a vegetable garden in TN while she's filming in NY is really hilarious.

hoosierlady: I think this is PR for victim NK, other sites are recycling the alpaca story and the garden story, it is pretty late in the year to be planting a garden

maclen: Well, I voted for kidman winning first prize at the county fair for her zucchini lips...simply because it was the most hilarious choice.



Hilarious you say? Well we have one more person telling it like it really is. If you recall Laurel Edwards, an Australian DJ, is living temporarily in Nashville while her husband, and long-time friend of Keith's, Troy Cassar-Daley works on his music. She's been giving her listeners back home updates on what it's like living in America. Well this latest clip is one more nail in the skeptics' coffin!

Despite the fact there were tweets and at least one fan photo from Sienna, the skeptics kept denying everything. That trip is already over a year ago, but like we say here at STS...the truth always comes out.

2. Nope, she got a lot of pictures taken, sweated through her sweater and hat and left having done a good job.

3. Rumors are Nic bought this place a few months ago but waited to tell everyone until the box office numbers were in about her true love's last film.

4. Nic can sit high atop the Big Apple proud of her contribution to humankind while she smokes her cigarettes off one of her three balconies. Keith can nurse his rumored ulcer. And Sunday, well does anyone know what happened to her


That's 4. Not a record, but a decent effort.

Two questions for the silly skeptics.....

1)What did you expect from Keith if you continued to buy his albums and go to his concerts? He'd invite you to his mansion that you gave him permission to deserve?

2)Why do you think you have a right to see into Keith's home from the road? Why do you need to know exactly when he's there and when he's not? Be glad their home is away from the road and gated. Otherwise, we'd have even more proof you are full-time liars. In the real world where sanity counts for something, Keith and Nicole's word, the word of other celebrities, and everyday Nashvillians is enough.

I don't know if it is because it has been awhile since I had a blind item about country music singers or the fact of who this is about, but I love this one. Two country singers. The male is A++ list. Married. To a celebrity. Can't say too much about the wife or it would totally give it away. The other singer is a woman. Probably a B list in the country singing world. Maybe that is just because of her name recognition though. She is also in a significant relationship. Anyway, the two have known each other for a few years. They met in a meeting if you know what I mean. Her for one reason and him for another. The next thing you know, they are trying to arrange tour dates close to each other and meeting at a place in Nashville when his wife is out of town. She has said the sex is kind of boring and quiet but really likes him and feels sorry for him. What about your boyfriend or his wife? I wonder if she feels sorry for them.

No need to provide the link because let's face it, that's what these websites use the BI's for....visitor traffic.

But good ol' hit n run on E! Online and Urban Myths are posting this like it's Christmas for the skeptics.

It's very curious that Keith Urban, washed up since 2006, p-whipped, contract-bound, sniveling liar Keith Urban is labeled an A+++ lister. From that the skeptics scream "Yes! It must be Keith Urban and only Keith Urban!"

But posts on any other day from the nastiest, most fervent, and most idiotic skeptics like nomorefan, Mimosa, and Inept Senior Skeptic maclen will tell you he's done. His career is gone and he gave it away or Nicole Kidman stole it.

In today's blog we'd like to congratulate hit n run for linking up with some real geniuses. That group at CDAN, whoever they are....gossip lovers or skeptics under other usernames....really give us a chuckle. One of them didn't know Brad Paisley was an A-lister of Nashville and called Carrie B-list. She's not single and how do they know the Paisley's marriage is solid if they don't know simple facts like that. Another thinks troubled Mindy McCready is B-list.Unfortunately McCready is only on the radar for what has gone wrong in her life. A few think Julianne Hough is B-list. She wishes she was B-list after dumping DWTS. One thinks the other woman is Shania, even though she's not in Nashville, definitely A-list, and not touring.

A heads up to the gossip mongers: There are stars in Nashville with addictions that you don't know about. But if you don't even know that Brad Paisley is A-list don't even try to guess a Nashville BI, know matter how grounded in truth it may seem.

Even the BI isn't sure of the career status of the other woman. How convenient. Again, we're dealing with the highest caliber of writers here!

But let's put it this way. If they (Crazy Days And Nights, Lainey, Ted) really wanted you to know they'd give you enough to figure it out. What they really want is for you to keep guessing and unless you keep it to yourself that means coming back over and over to their sites.

It's absolutely cringeworthy when you read something from a skeptic and you know they are lying through their teeth. Like this lie....

and an ode to a fellow Nashville-star obsessive, and she insists the skeptics "are on to something" or were "right all along", we already know that every single thing they post or make up at E! or Urban Myths or anywhere else is all part of an agenda. And....more importantly...what they don't post, discuss, or mention is an even a bigger giveaway. Deflection and ignorance are the tactics they've been unsuccessfully using as of late. It's all a failure in part because the Positive thread makes them look like morons, but also because what they are posting proves they have no grip on reality.


Remember when they posted and discussed everything? But time was not on their side. Their secrets got out. Who they don't know, what they've done as obsessed fans, lies they've made up, friendships they've destroyed. Pretty much all of it has come to light. Only the crazies remain. Five years and....KUNK wasn't supposed to stay together. Nicole wasn't supposed to get pregnant. Nicole wasn't supposed to fit in in Nashville. Keith wasn't supposed to be a superstar anymore. Nicole was supposed to be on the Z list and a Hollywood pariah. What do you talk about if you've been lying and wrong for 5 years?????

They know they are in trouble. If it wasn't for nomorefan on ridiculous tangents, mental case Jakra777, and Mimosa just being a nasty witch, the Awful Truth takeover by KUNK skeptics would have bought the farm already. They are down to one lifeless thread. Even at Urban Myths, post-maclen unmasking, it's been awfully quiet. She said she wouldn't be silenced but maclen's posts are few and far between.

It's all for a reason readers; they've been lying and scheming from Day One. They made it an obsession and decided themselves it was a battle against anybody with a differing opinion or God forbid, the truth. They went after everyone that didn't go along with the game plan.

Skeptics, where you are now is your own damn fault.

The Cavendish Beach Music Festival: Gloriana, Keith Urban

Wow! Yesterday was nothing compared to today. The festival’s attendance grew exponentially tonight, July 8, at the Cavendish Festival as the international acts took the stage. We here at the Swift Agency- are too tired to make jokes. Let’s get to it.

I was awaiting the sounds of Gloriana. They didn’t disappoint in their performance. The quartet came out to their usually opening number of How Far Do You Wanna Go? which was recognized and sang back word for word by the audience.

There were a few technical glitches. As Tom Gossin said when he switched to the keyboard, “sometimes things happen. Sometimes you get to Canada and your mike stand is not there.” Cheyenne helped Tom figure out a keyboard problem while Mike Gossin improvised a guitar solo. According to Rachel, Cheyenne is the “techie” of the group. However, Cheyenne also run into issues when she switched to a guitar only to discover it wasn’t working. The group quickly improvised and moved along.

The crowd was chanting for Wild At Heart but Gloriana didn’t cut short their set.

I liked their performance of The World Is Ours Tonight. Rachel shined with her rendition of Fleetwood Mac’s Say That You Love Me. They also sang The Way It Goes which was also a crowd favorite. Tom excels on the acoustic guitar on that one.

Wild At Heart was the icing on the cake. It got everybody singing and shouting. I was so glad that I had managed to get VIP access which also allowed me dibs to be in the pit for Gloriana.

Keith Urban was the king of the night, and one excellent headliner. He’s one of those artists with such a gallery of hits that it’s impossible for him to play them all but somehow it feels he did. He opened with Kiss A Girl which made everyone rush forward.

I give Urban his dues, he knows how to work the crowd. I also can’t help but identify which cues Taylor Swift has picked up from him during the time she was her opening act. Keith also moves into the crowd to perform at some point. He makes it back walking through the crowd. Sound familiar? Tay picked up this idea from Keith’s.

Urban is a true artist. He makes sure he travels all the way to each side of the stage and has a mike set up there to keep on singing. He’s one serious guitar player, there’s as much rock as country in his performance. Lighting changes and a different video backdrop for each song, not really the video of the song but color patterns or icons depicting something related.

At some point Keith lets each of his bandmembers do a solo, which also meant singing from both his guitar player and bass player. He also has this custom led guitar that lights up in different colors.

As he was brought for an encore, Keith pointed out a little girl with a sign about him. He brought her on stage, read her sign, autographed it and hugged her. The crowd went wild and I would expect a lot more signs in Keith Urban concerts. An amazing show. I would recommend you try to catch Keith’s tour the next time it comes near you.

Taylor Swift is expected to take the stage as the headliner on Saturday, July 10th.

United Nations, New York, 2 July 2010 — In an historic move, the United Nations General Assembly voted unanimously today to create a new entity to accelerate progress in meeting the needs of women and girls worldwide.

The establishment of the UN Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women — to be known as UN Women — is a result of years of negotiations between UN Member States and advocacy by the global women’s movement. It is part of the UN reform agenda, bringing together resources and mandates for greater impact.

“I am grateful to Member States for having taken this major step forward for the world’s women and girls,” said Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in a statement welcoming the decision. “UN Women will significantly boost UN efforts to promote gender equality, expand opportunity, and tackle discrimination around the globe.”

UN Women merges and will build on the important work of four previously distinct parts of the UN system which focus exclusively on gender equality and women’s empowerment:

Division for the Advancement of Women (DAW, established in 1946)
International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women (INSTRAW, established in 1976)
Office of the Special Adviser on Gender Issues and Advancement of Women (OSAGI, established in 1997)
United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM, established in 1976)
“I commend the leadership and staff of DAW, INSTRAW, OSAGI and UNIFEM for their commitment to the cause of gender equality; I will count on their support as we enter a new era in the UN’s work for women,” said Secretary-General Ban. “I have made gender equality and the empowerment of women one of my top priorities — from working to end the scourge of violence against women, to appointing more women to senior positions, to efforts to reduce maternal mortality rates,” he noted.

Congrats to UN Women! The new organization is scheduled to be up and running by January 2011.

It's been an absolutely disastrous time for the skeptics. The funny thing is it's nothing Nicole Kidman or Keith Urban have done out of the ordinary lately. It's simply that the skeptics, both at E! Online and Urban Myths, are their own worst enemies! Let's take a look at the Somethin' Stupid that's been happening in between the periods of dead silence.


There's the dueling skeptics, Mimosa and Inept Senior Skeptic Maclen. They really need to learn to coordinate their lies better.

Mimosa: The buckeye bakers and middle schoolers must be keeping him afloat.

Oh but wait that's not what Mimosa initially wrote. She edited her post in the middle of the night and changed it from fan club members to middle school trash talk which is the best she can do. Was she worried she might get in trouble with the mod? Well she's in trouble courtesy of STS because Inept Senior Skeptic Maclen is telling the world her truth is the only truth, and it's the polar opposite to Know-It-All Pitbull Mimosa!

Inept Senior Skeptic Maclen: Catering to his monkeybase with lame 30 sec "exclusive" videos and gouging them with jacked up and scalped tickets or the occasional giveaways is gonna keep the flock from a further mass "exodus" from the fansie site.

BAHAHAHA! Skeptics which is it? While the skeptics have turned Nicole Kidman into a medical marvel, able to have plastic surgery and then a reverse procedure every other week, they've also turned Keith Urban into a music industry magician. What artist in any genre is able to keep record sales, concert sales, award nominations, television performance slots, magazine covers, and hit singles coming on the base of just its paid fanclub members. He has no fanclub, he has a fanclub. He has no fanclub, he has a fanclub. The fans are are crazy stupid women who don't know any better, the fans are all 14. Oh you silly skeptics! Mimosa has been trying to post anything to keep the negative thread going but maclen was strangely silent while no one else posted either. She claimed nothing would stop her from shouting her lies but she was silent, until Urban Myths came back with new blogs. Interesting timing maclen..... Just a hint for the future, if we wanted to learn that Nicole Kidman is "so over" we could just read posts from two years ago. If "so over" means plenty of projects and charity work then let us all be "so over"!

The days have been long gone that every single gets a video and every video is released at the time the song entered the charts. Maybe Tim McGraw should apologize for the declining number of videos he's put out. Oh but you don't even like the Keith Urban videos that are released and you don't watch them so...oh yes you do. You are upset you can't get your fix and then hurry to Urban Myths to post how much it sucks compared to the old days.

So good job again. And 3)Those blind vices you hold so dear? They are nothing but a ploy by the websites to keep interest in their content so that you continue to visit, scour, and discuss, and therefore make more money for them. It doesn't matter if they are true or not, you keep the cash flowing. What do you get out of the deal? Heck even one of your own, A440, had the guts to post the blind vice was a dud. Your response skeptics? You ignored her.

Back to Keith's fanclub. There's been improvements made but does that satisfy the skeptics? No. One thing is for sure, his success since he began his new life with his wife and now daughter, have really brought out the true colors of the skeptics. Nothing is off limits. Exclusive video content isn't good enough, contests and more chances than ever to meet Keith Urban aren't good enough, planned chats and fan requested singles aren't good enough. What is? Outright ownership of the man and everything but the kitchen sink for $29.95

blue sky: Anyone who pays for this crap needs to step away from the computer and get professional help. Here's a great way to save the fansies' minimum wage income instead of putting it in a multi-millionaire's wallet - go out on youtube and you can watch Keith all day long for free to get your fix!

Here's something else to think about fansies. Instead of giving you a video that lasts a dozen seconds or so, how about concert seats in the first couple of rows?

How much longer will they continue to be suckers for this monopoly?

We like your idea of watching Keith online. The more hits he gets the closer he is to winning another People's Choice Award. But sorry skeptics fan clubs are money making organizations. Can't deal with that, don't join. Or do it "the skeptic way" and once an artist gets too big for you to invade his personal space, move on to someone new. There's always plenty of young attractive male country artists coming up through the ranks. We know some of you tried, hoping Keith would be single again. Take nomorefan, who admitted that she stayed a paid fanclub member until 2007. Those of us who aren't suckers know the ticket sales issue was around long before 2007, and there wasn't half as much bonus content. Why'd she stay? Oh I think we know why. But she's never really gone. She trolls the public message board looking for fans to make fun of and lies to create. Keith Urban doesn't need her money but she sure needs the fanclub message board!

Her pretend buddy Mimosa sure knows a thing or two about lies. Keith's been getting some stellar reviews from professionals (the ones who bother to do their job) and the fans. He gave a performance that was called by nomorefan favorite Storme Warren "the most magical thing I have ever seen on the CMA Fest stage". He was praised by Brooks and Dunn fans when he showed up to replace the duo at CountryFest.

But this is what we get from Mimosa....

Mimosa: So....all is quiet in KUNKYVILLE. Keefus can't even get a mention as a warm-up act anymore. When he used to open for bigger stars in the old days, he got better press than the headliner in many cases. I think he missed a golden opportunity this summer....but maybe he thinks he doesn't need improvement.



A sad pathetic attempt to get the Negative thread to the top of the board. It was after all dead for two days.

Another thing that's dying on the vine is the tired rumor that Nicole Kidman is hated in Nashville, by everyone, especially the music industry folk, and say it with me now....SHE HAS NO FRIENDS.

BAHAHAHAHA!

It's too bad for the skeptics another story has come out regarding a certain group of friends that Nicole has. Earlier this year she was spotted by CMT's Katie Cook with Kimberly Williams Paisley (Brad's wife) and Sheryl Crow. All of them with their kids hanging out for the afternoon at the local zoo. Sorry skeptics but Katie's a credible source no matter what you think of Twitter. And Sheryl Crow gave an interview at the Grammys where she said she was talking to "Nicole and Keith". Yes they are friends. Deal with it!

Sheryl Crow: "I've got great mommy friends. Here in Nashville, it's Kim Williams-Paisley [the actress and wife of country singer Brad Paisley], Nicole Kidman, and another friend, Tracie Hamilton [Olympic skater Scott Hamilton's wife]. They've been a wonderful resource for me. We get together at each other's homes, make dinner, and have girls' nights in. Or we'll go out for dinner and a drink--though we're mommies, so we don't let it all hang out. We've had good conversations about vaccinations, child-rearing, the "terrible twos"! Luckily, Wyatt's past the "terrible twos" now, which is great."

We also happened to find another piece on Sheryl which gives more insight into her and Nicole's friendship, beyond the mommyhood and an obvious love of music. Sheryl let Elle magazine photograph her NY apartment. You can see the Diane Arbus b&w photographs and antiques, both things Nicole loves. We heard from Brad Paisley before about the things he loves to do in Los Angeles like see independent cinema. Who knows, maybe just maybe, Kim likes some of that too.

So skeptics how does Nicole Kidman, who you say doesn't live in Nashville, have friendships with these women? You can't say they are lying, especially Kim, who is a perfect wife and mother on the Negative thread.

BTW there were rumors that Sheryl was leaving Nashville. Not true. She put her large farm up for sale to move closer to friends and to get a smaller piece of property. Will the skeptics try to spin it that Sheryl secretly wanted to get away from Nicole? Who knows but we wouldn't be surprised if they did. Funny she could end up closer than ever in Leiper's Fork!


We'll close with probably the biggest lie of the week. It's a new one...after all in these hard times the skeptics are going to have to invent a lie or rumor every week to keep the Negative Thread from falling off the face of the earth.

nomorefan: I came home from shopping this weekend, and my husband called me to the living room. He said I have to listen to this great voice. When I entered the living room, he had "Moulin Rouge" on TV, and the "great" voice singing was Baby Girl. After seeing her singing skills with her husband on stage, I am more convinced that someone else was singing for her in that movie. Her voice was so flat, and she is obviously tone-deaf that there is no way that is her singing voice. Heck Pierce Bronson even did his own singing in "Mama Mia", which was bad, but he had the balls to use his own voice.

Is tag-team hating the new thing? Did hubby tell you to post this whopper because nomorefan you are really going to wish you hadn't after we're done.

So to clarify if anyone is still confused, what nomorefan posted is a big fat lie. But here at STS we have proof to back up what we say.

Nomorefan, in the words of Mimosa, you really need to do some research!

Let's just put aside the fact that Nicole's singing voice sounds exactly like her.

Nicole Kidman hasn't just sung in Moulin Rouge!, Happy Feet, and Nine. Oh no. You are forgetting Wills & Burke, a comedy about Australia's version of Lewis and Clark and Practical Magic.


That's 5 movies. She's tone deaf but had that many production companies deal with getting a voice double and keeping it a secret? Who was her singing double, Marni Nixon?

There's a duet she did with Robbie Williams, a remake of "Somethin' Stupid" which was a Top 10 hit in Australia and #1 in the UK, and featured in her film Birthday Girl. We'd love to say sure nomorefan you are right, she faked the whole thing. But then there's the mystery track of outtakes at the end of Robbie's CD Swing While You're Winning. Nicole was recorded talking in the booth in between takes. Do we hear nomorefan scrambling to find the audio online? BAHAHAHAHA!


There's also the not-so-small issue of industry people, people with reputations to be concerned about, who we find it impossible to believe would lie about Nicole Kidman's voice year after year.

Nicole Kidman's voice coach Andrew Ross might have a thing or two to say to nomorefan about Nicole Kidman faking the whole thing. Because honestly what was he doing wasting his time working in a studio with the woman if she wasn't really singing????

That's right more proof...this from the leading industry magazine for commercial recording!

C'est chic! Last fall, Tom Cruise's former better half, Nicole Kidman, sashayed her way into The Village (West Los Angeles) to work with producer Andrew Ross on the second soundtrack for the film Moulin Rouge. Greg Morgenstein engineered the session, and second engineer Matt Marrin kept everyone honest



That's the second soundtrack as in Volume 2, not a second attempt because the first was scrapped.

Wow, how much more can nomorefan take? She's proven wrong about Nicole singing and to top it off industry professionals are willing to work with her time and time again. Nomorefan is probably unaware that Happy Feet was almost a kind of coming home for Nicole. Early on in her career Nicole did two television miniseries for Kennedy Miller, an Australian production company. Those performances in Vietnam and Bangkok Hotel garnered her high praise, especially since she had to carry both movies, and people took notice. George Miller, the surviving half of KM was the director for Happy Feet. He's known Nicole for years and wanted to work with her again. Imagine that skeptics!


Nomorefan this time you really outdid yourself. It's on par with the "Nicole has man legs" mantra!



How stupid do the skeptics want to look? Pretty damn stupid.

With Canada Day and U.S. Independence Day now upon us, and we recently asked Australian-born, Keith Urban, about his citizen status in America and he explained why he loves living here.

"I'm a U.S. resident and have been for a long, long time. And, Nick (Nicole Kidman), was born in Hawaii and Sunday is definitely a resident born right here in Nashville Tennessee, so we're here to stay."

Keith also says he was impressed when he recently visited Ellis Island in New York Harbor, "To see these buildings that have been there since the beginning, and to see the statue of Liberty in the background it just brought everything full circle for me...because I'm here because of the American Dream. For me that has never died and it's what brought me half way around the world, it's what still excites me when I drive down the freeway and see a sign that says "Memphis" or "Knoxville" ...these names that I grew up hearing in songs and reading about in books and on the backs of albums, so I'm still as fascinated and excited about this country as I ever was."
